Tee Time Booking Policy

MEMBER TEE TIMES:

Blue Mountain members may book a tee time using “WebRez” or contact the Pro Shop to place a ballot 7 days or 6 days in advance of the day of play.
The draw will be made by computer 5 days in advance.
Once the computer draw is made, additions and deletions may be made on line or through the Pro Shop up to the day of play.
On the day of play, a tee time may be added, changed or cancelled by contacting the Pro Shop only.

For Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday play:

For Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday play:

For Members wishing to bring more than 3 guests:

Members may book as far in advance as they wish during the season outside the 7 day ballot process by contacting the Pro Shop.
Bookings are accepted for play after 1:00 PM daily except Wednesdays.
Members will be responsible for paying for the number of guests reserved 8 days before play.
This advanced booking privilege is restricted to a maximum of 8 times per request, as well a maximum of 8 times in any one day.

Juniors (18 and Under):

Junior members may reserve tee times 7 days in advance for play daily after 2:00 PM except on Fridays which is after 3:30 PM.
Junior members may play daily at anytime when playing with an adult.
Juniors may play at anytime when booking a time on the day of play.

Matches:

Matches may be played anytime during the day and may be booked through the 7 day ballot system, or within 5 days of the day in question using the computer system or by contacting the Pro Shop.

Note:

A member is responsible for the number of guests booked. The use of names to fill a group who have no intent of playing may result in disciplinary action against the person booking the time.
Singles wishing to play will be joined with a group.

PUBLIC TEE TIMES:

Restricted to 3 day advance booking by telephone or by visiting the Pro Shop.
Public may play any time during the day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday.
Tee times for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday play are restricted to Twilight golf with 3 day advance booking, and anytime during the day when booking on the day of play.

Twilight golf times:

1:00 PM - April and October
2:00 PM – May, June, July, August and September

Juniors (18 and Under):

Public Group Booking:

A public group booking will consist of a minimum of 9 and maximum of 20 players.
Public booking a group may do so as far in advance as they wish through the Pro Shop.
Group bookings are restricted to play after 2:00 PM.
No public group bookings will be accepted for Wednesdays, Fridays and Holidays.
The total number of green fees reserved through the public group process will be limited to 20 per day.
Public groups will be required to pay for the number of players confirmed 8 days in advance (minimum 9 players).

THE PRO SHOP RESERVES THE RIGHT:

To ensure that all play is in foursomes when required.
To request that all players register in the Pro Shop 20 minutes prior to their tee time.
