BLUE MOUNTAIN GOLFING MEMBERS :

Tee Time Booking -

Blue Mountain Golf Members may book a tee time using our computerized tee time booking system ( WebRez) or contact the Pro Shop to place a ballot 7 days and 6 days in advance of the day of play.

• The draw will be made by computer 5 days in advance.
• Once the computerized draw is made, additions and deletions may be made on line or through the Pro Shop up to the day of play.
• On the day of play, a tee time may be added, changed or cancelled by contacting the Pro Shop only.

For Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday play :
Members may bring up to three guests any time during the day.

For Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday play :

1. Play is restricted to one green fee player per foursome up to 10:00 AM.
2. Members may bring up to 3 guests after 10:00 AM,

For members wishing to bring more than 3 guests :

1. Members may book as far in advance as they wish during the season outside the 7 day WebRez   ballot process by contacting the Pro Shop.
2. Bookings are accepted for play after 1:00 PM daily except Wednesdays.
3. Members will be responsible for paying for the number of guests reserved eight days before play. 
4. This advanced booking privilege is restricted to a maximum on 8 tee times per request as well as a maximum of 8 tee times in any one day.   

 

Junior Members -

Junior members may play anytime during the day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays based on availability.  Juniors members must tee off after 3:30 PM on Fri., Sat., Sun., and Holidays. Junior members may play daily at anytime when playing with an adult member.

 

Matches -

Matches may be played at anytime of the day and may be booked  -

1. through the 7 day WebRez ballot process,
2. within 5 days of the day in question by computer or by contacting the Pro Shop to reserve an available time.

 

NOTE :

- A member reserving a tee time is responsible for the number of players booked.  The use of names to fill a group who have no intent on playing may result in disciplinary action against the person booking the time.

- Singles wishing to play will be joined with a group.

 

GENERAL PUBLIC - GREEN FEE BOOKING :

General Public may reserve tee times 3 days in advance by telephone or by visiting the Pro Shop. 

Based on availability, they may play anytime during the day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tee times for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday play are restricted to designated Twilight golf.   

Twilight golf commences at the following times through the year :

April            1:00 PM
May             2:00 PM
June             2:00 PM
July              2:00 PM
August         2:00 PM
September   2:00 PM
October       1:00 PM

 

GENERAL PUBLIC - GROUP BOOKING :

A Public Group booking will consist of a minimum of 9 players and a maximum of 20 players. Public booking a group may do so as far in advance as they wish by contacting the Pro Shop.  Group bookings are restricted to play after 2:00 PM daily. No Public Group bookings will be accepted for Wednesdays, Fridays and designated Holidays.   The total number of green fees reserved through the Public Group process is limited to a total of 20 per day. Public Groups will be required to pay for the number of players confirmed 8 days in advance ( minimum of 9 players).  

 

THE PRO SHOP RESERVES THE RIGHT :

- to ensure that all groups, including matches are in foursomes when required.

- to request that all players in each group register in the Pro Shop 20 minutes prior to their tee time.
