Renovation Information - April Update

On Saturday, January 12/08 a Special Meeting of the Members was held to address renovations to our Clubhouse.  The results of the vote were 326 “For” and 53"Against”.  Construction began in mid January. 

Members will be kept abreast of the progress through monthly updates here on our website.  Below you will find the renderings of the renovations as presented at the Special Meeting of the Members. Photos reflect the construction phase as of the 1st week of February.  Presently, the work is slightly ahead of schedule.  This is due to the mild temperatures experienced in January which allowed the demolition of the patio area originally scheduled to commence the 3rd week of March. 

Please note that the Clubhouse will be a “construction site” during the renovations and members will not be allowed to tour the building.  Those wishing to do business in the Administration Office are asked to enter and exit the building through the “Old Clubhouse” porch entrance rather than the main Clubhouse doors.
