Blue opened in 1965 and is a Club owned by the members.

2. Do I have a vote in the affairs of the Club?
Yes! As a Debenture Holder of Blue your vote always counts.

3. Is the Club financially sound?
Blue is amongst the most financially sound Golf Clubs in the area.

4.  Do new members get quickly integrated into the Club?
Blue has an excellent reputation for a warm and friendly membership. 

5. How are annual dues decided?
Blue's dues are set by the Board based on operating budgets.

6. What are the terms for paying annual dues?
At Blue, easy payments may be made in four equal installments with no interest charged.

7. Are there terms for paying Initiation?
Applicants to Blue  may choose a 1 to 5 year payment plan.

8. Is there a monthly Bar bill or Food bill?
Not at Blue ! 

9. Do I need a golf cart?
Blue is an excellent walking course with both nines returning to the Clubhouse.  

10. Is there a practice facility and where is it located?
Blue's practice facility, adjacent to the course, offers practice putting greens, a chipping and driving range, all at no additional cost.   

11. What programs are offered for members?
Blue has a Men`s Section, Men`s Senior League, Ladies` Section, Junior Section and a Social Committee.  Activities are shown on our website at www.bmgcc.net  

12. What is the history of the management team?
Blue's team has over 100 years of combined golf and business related experience.

13. What lessons does the Club offer?
Blue offers a complete individual and clinic lesson programme.

14.  Is irrigation water a problem?
Blue draws its water from the mouth of Georgian Bay and features a state-of -the-art double row irrigation system.

 
15.  What are the unique benefits at Blue?
On the course, Blue has 6 refrigerated water fountains, 6 emergency radios and first aid stations at 3 rain shelters, along with a defibrillator and staff trained.

 
16. Is the Club conveniently located?
Blue's picturesque layout is set between Georgian Bay and the Niagara Escarpment, located between Collingwood`s and the Blue Mountains.
