Dress Code

POLICY:
The Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club requires that members, their guests, and the general public observe the Dress Code of the Club while on the Golf Course and in the Clubhouse. Players are reminded that their attire and decorum must reflect respect for fellow players and the Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club and its traditions.

Dress Code rules and regulations are posted at the Entrance Door to the Pro Shop.


GENTLEMEN:

  • Gentlemen`s attire must be tailored and in good taste.
  • Shirts must be appropriate golfing attire. ( sleeveless shirts, tank tops, etc. are not acceptable)
  • Shorts and slacks must have a zipper and pockets. Shorts must be mid thigh in length. (cutoffs, track pants, short shorts, denim of any colour and similar casual attire is not acceptable.)
  • Footwear must consist of  soft spike golf shoes or cleatless sporting shoes only.
  • Caps must be worn with the bill of the cap facing the front.


LADIES:

  • Ladies attire must be tailored and in good taste.
  • Shirts must be appropriate golfing attire (tank, halter and tube tops are not acceptable).
  • Skirts, shorts and slacks must be tailored. Skirts and shorts must be mid thigh in length. (cutoffs, track wear, short shorts, denim of any colour and similar casual attire is not                      acceptable).
  • Footwear must consist of soft spike golf shoes or cleatless sporting shoes only.
  • Caps must be worn with the bill of the cap facing the front

The Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club Pro Shop staff and General Manager reserve the right to enforce the Dress Code regulation.

Infraction Procedures:

Playing privileges will be denied until the dress code infraction is corrected.
